BCBA 

Mandy has over 20 years of experience in the field of ABA and has been a BCBA for more than a decade. She is currently pursuing her PhD with a focus on advancing research in Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACTr) and innovative staff training methods. Her passion lies in bridging the gap between research and practice, ensuring that every client receives therapy grounded in evidence, while empowering staff with meaningful training and support. Mandy has a vision of compassionate, effective, and values-driven care for families and their children.

BCBA 

Elyse is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2011. Originally from Pennsylvania, she relocated to Colorado to continue her work supporting individuals and families through compassionate, evidence-based care. Elyse earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology and has built a career spanning both direct clinical work and senior leadership roles.

Prior to joining Advanced Behavioral Resources, Elyse served for four years as Clinical Director of a specialized out-of-district program, where she provided clinical oversight, program development, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support learners with complex needs. Her leadership experience includes mentoring clinicians, partnering closely with families and school teams, and ensuring high-quality, ethical, and individualized services.

Elyse is deeply passionate about helping learners make meaningful progress and supporting families through every stage of their journey. She values collaboration and strives to create a welcoming, supportive environment where learners, families, and clinicians feel empowered and heard.

Outside of work, Elyse enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog, hiking Colorado’s beautiful trails, and getting lost in a good book.
