For over 30 years, Ken Winn has been providing expert witness testimony for a variety of issues including restraint and seclusion, the effective and ethical delivery of behavior analysis services, IEP and education services, as well as criminal justice issues, including individuals with disabilities who have been charges with sexual offenses, among others .
He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience about the complicated world of criminal justice for those with disabilities. He is ready and able to use that expertise to help persons with disabilities receive the justice they deserve. Ken understands the criminal justice system as it pertains to those with disabilities and has helped many persons over his years of service.
